Relevant Life Insurance Comparison We are fortunate to be working with all the companies in UK who will accept applications the new efficient way – over the internet with a phone conversation. The good news is that these companies are the price leaders and offer outstanding product variety and value.
In 2003 and 2004 I visited with many of these companies to convince them that this was the way of the future and that what we did was completely compliant with regulations. A few took months before they would accept a new process while others held out years until we had proven our process and compliance and then they only allowed us to sell their products in this manner.
This list of companies is in two sections, those who work with us and then those who do not work with us at this time unless we meet face to face. Many in the second group have agents who only sell their products like London Life. I have included them with our review as people frequently end up on our site but are simply looking for contact information for the company they are with. Others are looking to compare companies and appreciate our overview.
In Canada we have a not for profit organization that protects Canadian Policyholders in the event that their term life insurance company should fail. Equally important, the government regulates Canadian Life Insurance Companies requiring them to maintain conservative capital ratios. This kind of conservative capital requirement does not exist with American Companies.
